Yes! For all of our events with a seated dinner, every guest gets their very own special spot at the table. If you purchase multiple tickets in the same transaction, your entire fellowship will automatically be seated together. If you and your friends or fellow adventurers buy separately, just send us an email or a message with your names, and we’ll do our very best to make sure you’re seated side by side!

Yes. All Ostara experiences, including our larger immersive events and smaller community events, are for guests of 18 years and older.

While some of our events may include alcohol service, our 18+ policy applies to all events, regardless of whether alochol is served or not. This allows us to create experiences designed specifically for an adult audience and keep our age policy consistent across everything we do.

All ticket sales are final, and we are unable to offer refunds. If you're no longer able to attend, please contact us as soon as possible. While we can't issue refunds, we may be able to offer an exchange, transfer your ticket to another eligible Ostara event, or provide event credit, depending on the circumstances and the event.If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out, we're always happy to help however we can.

Absolutely! Our larger events feature a delicious full-course dinner worthy of a royal banquet, along with a licensed cash bar offering both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Menus vary depending on the theme and venue, but you can always expect a meal that's fit for an evening of adventure.

Oh, but of course! Our events will be graced with talented cosplayers and actors who will step straight out of the pages of your favorite fantasy to bring this magical evening to life. From charming High Lords to mysterious shadows, they’re here to add a touch of wonder to your night. But even the most spellbinding Fae are still human under all that starlight! Please treat them with kindness and respect, as they have the right to decline photos or step away from situations that make them uncomfortable. Remember, their presence is a gift, not a guarantee of their time or space.
